We collect the name, email address, telephone number and any message you submit through our enquiry, valuation and career application forms. Where you upload a CV, we retain that document. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to match you with suitable properties, to process job applications, and — where you have opted in — to send market updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing

We share information with developers and the Dubai Land Department only where necessary to progress a transaction you have asked us to progress, and with service providers who host our systems under contract.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for five years. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ddreb.com and we will respond within thirty days.
